Delivery Time:

Standard: 8 to 14 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays).

Our products are stocked in Australia, and all orders are delivered by Australia Post. We offer standard free shipping throughout Australia using Australia Post. We believe shipping fees shouldn’t be a burden, so we cover the shipping cost to all Australian states and territories.

Your order will be dispatched after both payment confirmation and logistical processing are complete.

Payment Confirmation:

This step confirms that your order is ready to process. When you complete your purchase and provide payment details (via credit card or bank transfer), confirmation typically takes 1-2 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Logistical Processing:

Once payment is confirmed, we proceed with preparing your items for shipment. This includes a quality check to ensure your products arrive in perfect condition. Occasionally, depending on stock, an item may ship from overseas with a similar delivery timeframe.

Our logistics team ensures that processing generally takes only a few hours, managing each step so you can relax without needing to track each phase.
