Return and Refund Policy and Procedures

We’re committed to ensuring your satisfaction. If you purchase a product from our online store and discover a manufacturing defect upon receiving it, you are eligible for a return or exchange as outlined in Australian Consumer Law.

At My Baby Dream, we also offer returns for store credit or product exchange if you change your mind, provided that:

  • The return is initiated within 30 days of receiving the product.
  • The item remains unused, unworn, and unopened, with all original packaging and tags intact, including any unbroken seals.
  • The product is in resalable condition and undamaged.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us – Email our Support Team at hello@mybabydream.com.au with your order number, reason for return, and any relevant photos (if applicable).
  2. Approval & Instructions – Our team will review your request and provide return instructions, including the return address.
  3. Pack Your Item Securely – Ensure the item is in its original packaging with all tags and accessories. We recommend using a protective outer layer to prevent damage during transit.
  4. Ship Your Return – Send the package using a trackable shipping method.
    • Change of Mind Returns – You will be responsible for the return shipping cost, using a courier of your choice. We recommend insuring high-value returns.
    • Manufacturing Defect Returns – We will provide instructions on how to return the item at no cost to you.
  5. Inspection & Confirmation – Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we’ll confirm if it meets the return requirements.
  6. Receive Your Exchange, Store Credit, or Refund – If approved, we will process your preferred option:
    • Exchange – We will send out a replacement product.
    • Store Credit – A credit equivalent to the value of the returned product will be issued.
    • Refund – Available only for products with a manufacturing defect.

If the item does not meet our return conditions, we will notify you, and the item may be sent back at your expense.

Note: for orders cancelled prior to the product being dispatched, an administration fee of $6.99 AUD will be charged to cover the processing costs.
